Close programs to prevent information loss
Well maybe some processes were running and this was causing low memory issues on my computer, as a result of which there was a performance loss and consequently this pop-up notification appeared. When this happens, your programs could well start responding slowly as well as face display problems. This is the default setting, but you should confirm that this has not been changed.
