Discord Text-to-Speech not working on Windows PC

1] Refresh Discord text-to-speech

Open the Discord app

Navigate to the Settings area

Go to the Accessibility settings
From the now opened Settings section, please look to the left panel for Accessibility. It should be located under App Settings, so you shouldn’t be able to miss it.
Disable text-to-speech
In order to disable the text-to-speech function, you must now locate the Text-to-Speech option, and from there, click on the toggle button next to Allow playback and usage of /tts command to disable it.
Log out and log back in
Go ahead and log out of Discord, then log in again. This should fully ensure TTS is off.
Turn on text-to-speech
Return to the same Accessibility section and turn off text-to-speech by toggling Allow playback and usage of /tts command, and that’s it. All your problems should now be fixed, so go on ahead and check if things are working as they should.

Go back to the Settings section of Discord

Navigate to Notifications

Choose the For all channels option
