1] Restart File Explorer
Let us start with the easiest solution and the most common reason for this error. You should restart File Explorer and see if the issue persists. To do that, open Task Manager by Ctrl + Alt + Del, then right-click on File Explorer and select End Task or Restart. After reopening the Explorer, check if the issue persists.
2] Check your Drivers
As mentioned earlier, you may face the issue because of some issue in Graphics and/or Pointer driver. So, roll back, update, and/or reinstall the driver and see if the issue is fixed. It is recommended to do the same in the given order to get the desired result as effectively as possible.
